Our Family welcomes you and your Family to our Motels. We are two different Motels, on the same side of the street, both within 100 yards of each other. The Brown Trout Motel is a cozy 14 unit Motel and The Falls Motel is a relaxing 9 unit Motel. Our family has owned and operated the Brown Trout and Falls Motels since 2002. The Brown Trout Motel has been operating at the same location since the 1950's and prior to that it was known as the "Brown Trout Cabins."
In fact, all of us live right here at the Motels too! This is your destination right here in the middle of Vacation Paradise. There are so many things to see and do. We are here to help you achieve your special weekend or weeklong get-a-way. We are affordable and our rooms are very clean.
In the Brown Trout Motel, our rooms are "dog friendly." Please notify us when you call for reservations if you have a dog, so that we can place you in the best room location. ALL hallways and all of our rooms at both Motels are "NON-SMOKING" per Michigan law. There are many lakes, rivers and streams all around us for all your boating pleasure.
The Boyne area is a Sportsman and Sportswoman's Paradise. From thousands of acres of State land to explore, fish and hunt to paths and trails of every kind from A.T.V. to hiking and biking. In addition to cross country, downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling and tubing. All of this, just minutes away from our Motels, just for your enjoyment. All the big town amenities with the small town atmosphere, including many different denominations of Church's nearby. With casino's, fine dining and shopping opportunities galore, and million dollar sunsets over the lakes available for you to enjoy.
